Spiked with fresh garlic and basil, the only other ingredients are a glug of olive oil, a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of salt and pepper. How easy is that? Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper, if needed.
Allow to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes so the flavors can meld together.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
Place cooked pasta in a large serving bowl and toss with tomato sauce. Serve topped with additional basil leaves for garnish and some freshly grated parmesan cheese.
