This recipe is very easy and very versatile. You can use fresh or frozen fruit. If you choose frozen, you'll need to increase the cooking time about 5-10 minutes. Also, if you're using fresh peaches, there is no need to peel them. The peaches cook long enough for their skins to become tender, plus they add good flavor and color. But if the skin really freaks you out, but all means, peel away. I just think it makes extra work where there doesn’t need to be.
